Hello Steve! I learned Lian Huan Quan from studying the online materials shared by Shi Yan Yue, Shifu Yanxin (kungfu.life), Shi Heng Yi, and Shifu Zak Song (Master Song Kung Fu). I combined the elements I learned from each. The last bit with the Wuhua Zuoshan I adapted from how Master Zak Song ends the form 😀🙏
