One just need to pass 12th grade. Annual fee is around 50k including hostel. Mess fee is separate and it is calculated on the number of times to eat food in mess; one diet costs 60 rupee.

@@shubhimishra489 Marks are an unreliable metric because they depend on the difficulty of the exam: you can get a high rank with low marks if the exam is difficult; or get low rank with high marks if the exam is easy. So think in terms of rank or percentile.
For boys, two share the room during first, third, and fourth year. Single room in second year. Other than first year, you get to choose your roommate. This is for boys; not sure about girls.

KGMU has no entrance exam dear. One enters KGMU through NEET.
