    Wow! I didn't know alot of this. This may sound like a silly question, but when LLCs are working on their initial funding/budget outline, is it improper to call it their "Start-Up Costs"? Also if a company started as a LLC and changes to LLC, would they need to make sure they created these documents at that time?

      So glad this was helpful! I wouldn't say that it is improper at all, because in that contexts its about the cost and not the entity itself. I think that your second question was regarding changing to a Corporation, and the answer is best practices would call for that documentation. Hope this helps!
