When you say “needs a full renovation,” what exactly do you mean? New roof, new utilities? With the exception of the tower and the guest house it appears in fine shape, but i know videos can be deceiving.
Please excuse me, but most of the properties I see are over restored in the most bland way. This place just needs a good interior designer who can give it the atmosphere it deserves. All of these villas have horrible furniture! The driveway and grounds are worth the price. Sorry to rant.
