The watch 'Patek Philippe' (I may have mis-spelled the name). These are very expensive Swiss made watches. The one you have is on a cheap strap. Do check it out. The old ones are snapped up by collectors in the UK for a lot of money. I have sold them in the past and in the 1960's prices were £400 sterling and above for gold watches.
