I used to live next door to someone like that last lady. She had serious mental health issues. She'd come over with her hands shaking like that and knock on our door. The last straw was when she blew through our front door when I was half-naked and headed for the shower.
But when she turned to talk to the kid on the sidewalk, it sounded like a dog was growling at her...smart dog!!
