Honestly I agree with Drew, Hayley (idgaf if I spelled it wrong) is toxic and is using Jake
3:45 She was mad that Jake was hanging out with his friends, when she knew that Jake had been friends with them for a while and cared about them a lot
She also told Jake that he had to decide for himself, forcing him to choose the club or his friends
And in episode 1 or 2 (i don’t remember) she flat out said that she would only let Jake into the club, and I quote “Because we could really *USE* you”
Personally, I don't support either side, both Drew and Hailey wanted to hang out and have a sort of platonic/romantic leverage with Jake. Saying Drew did nothing wrong and Hailey did, or saying Hailey did nothing wrong and Drew did, would just be favoring one group. Also I respect your claims, I just want to argue lol.
1. Hailey wasn't mad about him hanging out with his friends, she was jealous and unstable, not to mention anxious that he would not be putting his full self into the competition. (For example, arriving to the club late because he was hanging out with the Jomies.) Though she did state this in the wrong way and could have reacted better, I don't think separating a friend group was her full intent haha.
2. Telling Jake to decide for himself was more of a positive than a negative. He had trouble deciding what was clashing with his abandonment/trust issues that were now spiraling. Hailey told him he had to work on his own thoughts, instead of relying on others to boss him around, so I don't find anything wrong with that besides the fact she was acting petty and rude.
3. It was in episode 1 when she said that, but it really doesn't mean what she said. I think people were just blowing her/Drew's lines out of proportion to make one side better for Jake, while they both need to revise their behaviour and edit out toxic traits.

My only regret was probably how much he was antagonized in the most recent episode. (How did you like episode 11?)
I get Rosy needed a villain, but he seemed inhuman and unable to give sympathy to Jake, who he stated was his best friend. 😭

controversial opinion: the jomies had no rights to peer pressure jake though everything they said was 100% right

True, but the Music Club had no right to tell him he would be kicked out if he didn't arrive exactly on time or missed something to hang out with the Jomies. He said it was like a second home, but an abusive/unhealthy home is the only one that would drop you without talking about it first. They pressured him the moment he joined, the Jomies did it when he was drifting from them, REPLACING them.
The only one without good intentions in that group was Zoey(?) while the Music Club were biased and close-minded from the start.

But when did they say they’d kick Jake out if he wasn’t on time?
They just wanted him to be on time because remember, they had a competition
coming up, and they didn’t have much time to practice because Jake only just recently joined
so they had to make a new plan. They never said they’d kick him out for not being on time.
Also when did they ever say they’d kick him out if he decided to hang out with the Jomies?
This could’ve been possible way earlier in the series even though they never specifically said that, but ep 4-8 and half of ep 9 (not counting the other episodes or drama with what Jake said) I doubt that they’d kick him out for that. There is multiple evidence behind that too. Let’s take a look at the characters. We have Hailey, which you can tell really cares about Jake (in episode 9 I think, she said something along the lines of “whether you choose to be in the club or not, it’s okay. I hope even after the competition, we still stay close as a family.”) Milly who you can also tell really cares about Jake, Luke who’s understanding and also cares about Jake, Sean who’s also understanding you can tell really cares about Jake, and lastly Zander which you can also tell he warmed up to Jake. Because Zander may be a little hard, or complex of a character to help you understand, I’ll give evidence. There is way more, but in episode 11 I believe, Zander said something along the lines of “Jake was a friend.. To all of us, even me.” (I sort of forgot) Which can tell us that Zander thought of Jake as an actual friend, and warmed up to him. So after all of that, if you really think about it, would the club decide to kick Jake out for hanging with the Jomies? I personally don’t think so because there is more evidence towards this. Except, I believe Zander was apart of this. In ep 9, Zander greeted Jake (during the time there was a little bit of awkwardness after Drew and the others came in whilst Jake and Hailey were songwriting - specifically ep 8) and Zander asked Jake if he’d like to help out with the clothing Milly was making for the competition. Jake politely said no because he was going to hang out with the Jomies, and Zander just said “Oh, okay.” And didn’t even get upset at Jake at all. Also who pressured him the moment he joined? Remember who Jake was before he came into the club and spilled everything to Hailey. He was a bully. Whether he was bullied or manipulated, he still bullied them and it makes sense that they’re not going to warm up to him easily when WHO KNOWS what he could do. (After them repeatedly getting teased for music and then one of the people that teased him randomly wants to join the club.) Damn, they were even nice to just let him join the first day. Please keep in mind that they aren’t mind readers. Also please keep in mind that the people you’re defending (the jomies) were not perfect either. Zoey isn’t the only one that did something bad. Whether it was their intention or not, they still did bad things.

Okay, as somebody who has NEVER watched tmf pure from rosys channel, but the scene where Drew, Lia, Henry, Liam, and Zoey surrounding Jake, I feel like that wasn’t even manipulative 😭😭 Sean and Daisys little scene DID look like a date, and from a distance view, the club suddenly accepting Jake after hearing how good he was at singing it DOES look like they are using him, maybe I’m just a tad desensitized but still it looks like JUST the truth 😭😭

Anyway, good video, it's one of the best reactions to The Music Freak I've seen and it deserves a lot of support, it's great.
