Does it lags at First gear my K series WagonR Just jerks hard in first gear when I left the acceleration pedal
I check from mechanic still same issue do you fell the same issue

The 1000cc K series engine is designed for midrange & top end power and lacks low end torque. That's why its jerks in 1st gear and during climbing steep inclines. The engine mountings of Kseries WagonR & Alto K10 don't last long due to this jerking. Whereas the older 1.1l 4cyl (F10D) WagonR has superb low end torque. So good that you can smoothly move the car in 2nd gear, just by leaving the clutch. That's why it has such huge demand in the used market.

What is the speed u maintain during travelling as wagon seems to be risky on highway .. what is your view plz advice

I don't cross the speed limit, here it is 70, on highway it is better to stick around 60- 80 for better mileage and safety. Wagon r is not very good for mountain roads with sharp turns as it is a tall car and there is considerable body role and less grip on corners. I think Kwid is far better on corners and above 60 on these roads.

Hows the WagonR compared to your Kwid?

Engine noise and vibrations are less as wagonr is 4 cylinder and kwid is 3 cylinder. But driving dynamics like cornering , suspension and overall driving pleasure is far superior in kwid than wagonr. Kwid is a very fun to drive car. I love it.
