great game. Still working through ODD though. ODD has so much gameplay I never got to FOS proper - even though I have both. A pity you completely ignored the campaign mode, without which 90% of ODD game will remain out of reach for you.
Yes more or less, I don't recall all the idiosyncracies of both rulebooks but the poison mechanic is the only significant addition to the Forest of Shadows and those would only be found on the expansions enemies and perils so could be retroactively applied using the original heroes.

Yeah I seemed to have played more of the app on Steam recently, I never picked up the original in physical format but always wished I had.

can one deck dungeon and forest of shadows be mixed up for a more varied game? and what are the rules for mixing the two if any. thanks
