How to make a portable biogas bottling unit

Cooking with Biogas as fuel can be more time consuming than cooking using LPG. This is because LPG is stored in cylinders at high pressure and when used for cooking, the flame coming out of the burner is much stronger when compared to the flame of Biogas. So the amount of time required for cooking is more. If biogas is compressed and stored in a Pressure vessel at high pressure, cooking time can be considerably reduced.

How much effecient is the filter sir...? What will be the amt of H2S after filtering.. And is it safe to fill it in cylinder.. Since i heard H2S corrode the metal... Which may lead to explosion

I would like to know if NIE, could design & set up a Biogas plant producing Methane gas from Slaughterhouse waste? I have access to about 10 MT of slaughterhouse waste per day. I am looking for a complete plant for conversion of slaughterhouse waste into pure Methane gas & organic compost.

Your slaughter waste can Ben used to generate biogas. For your volumes of waste available, you will need a big digester.... and happy for you, you will get plenty of methan in a day. All the best.

Pass the gas in water cylinder,as the hydrogen&co2 is heavier than methane it settle down in water,&collect pure gas methane
