Holy friggin’ sh*t!!! Cant believe what I’m watching! Was a teenager back in the late 80’s thru mid to late 90’s and was the biggest PE fan 1 could find in my neighborhood, my middle school, then my high school and hell, my whole friggin’ area of town! Hell, I even dressed up as Flavor Flav for Halloween back in I think it was ‘90 or ‘91. And I mean, I ‘looked’ EXACTLY like him from head to toe! Was some funny ass sh*t! Absolutely loved these guys and bought/collected anything I could get my hands on. Same went for any/all I’d come across on the TV, would record any/all that’d broadcast anything that had to w/the Enemy! BUT... for whatever reason(s), I never came across it even heard of this here! This is some straight up dope ass sh*t! I guess it’s better late than never! Amazing that still to this day, I love these guys and the music/sound they could always bring to the table!

Rakeem changed the way rappers wrote and flowed in their rhymes. And with Rebel without a Pause, Public Enemy introduce the world of music to the weird screeching sound (as part of the back beat), that has been imitated a million times since. LL Cool J's ego must have taken a bit of a bashing because as the headliner, I don't remember seeing many people wearing LL Cool J merchandise. It was so clearly about PE and Eric B and Rakim.
