Originally I bought a size 11 1/2 sent them back they were just too snug for me if I was more active I probably would’ve kept them because I would’ve liked a tighter fit but I am just a walker so I sized up to a 12us fits great

But in my store there is no 44.5 and on the official website they are not there either so that I can order them in the store. The store only has size 45. If you don’t mind a snug fit you don’t have to size up if they’re used for athletic reasons you kind of want a tight fit especially because of the leasing system but if you’re just gonna be for leisure and walking around I would size up and if they don’t have your size I don’t know what to say but hopefully they come out with another color way with your size
