I opened up my small online store business in late May and to be honest with you I have only sold maybe a handful of shirts ,but mostly I have sold other items from my shop ,But I really want to sell my shirts. I did buy shirts in bulk, Just too have them as back up, but even with that I still have no sales coming in. It's so true what u said about Ur friends not supporting your dream. I feel if they buy is because they feel sorry for u. that's how I feel. I'm about to throw it all away I get discourage and sad sometimes, I have invested in this dream and am not satisfied with the outcome. It's not easy and I too did everything in silence and people I know just say encouraging words from a far, but don't support or refer. Just wondering does it get better. I really wanted to invest in a Heat PRESS machine like this one ,but now that I think about am not sure if this would make a difference for my situation. I have already invested in vinyl and Cricut machine and Heat press machine and material that I'm not sure if this would be the best route for me. Also one more thing there is a lot of competition and everyone is doing the same thing so its hard to stand out. Promoting ur self everyday. ppl get tired of seeing ur page on social media. What advice would u recommenced for me?
Hi Melba, first, anything that you consistently put effort it does get better. Biggest advice I can give you its to think nationally not locally, when you are making shirts dont think about friends and family think bigger. check out this store I always get inspired by it, they do everything in house and they are very successful ellyandgrace.com/
