Okay tbh I’m learning to love my face without makeup but like if it will work for anybody else but after rubbing in my cleanser normally I Pat it into my skin where the white stuff which is the cleanser like basically disappears then rinse again idk if this is a real tip but my little pimples on my cheeks have completely disappeared from this that and I’ve done a makeup cleanse for the entire summer and guys it’s amazing confidence is so high and i know this doesn’t go with skincare but I just love my stomach now I’m so much more confident now and I think Spencer’s content really helped.
the most important thing is to apply sunscreen everyday, and I recommend drinking chlorophyll it helped me with my acne and for the acne scars i recommend using vitamin E oil and messaging ur face or u can just get a microneedling session or use derma rollers.

I do not put make up alot , but when i do i fell in sleep in travel or when im so tired ,i really hate sleeping with make up but sometimes it just happen
As long as you are not stripping your skin by washing it with a harsh cleanser 4 times a day in order to moisturize 4 times a day you should be fine especially if you are using a more light weight gel moisturizer. Most premature fine lines are caused from dryness and dehydration so keeping your skin properly moisturized is a great habit to have to reduce and prevent fine lines. All age groups and skin types can benefit from properly moisturizing their face, even people with oily skin types. Many times when skin is dehydrated (even oily skin types can become dehydrated) it will overproduce oil to compensate, so moisturizing properly can balance/reduce oil production. If you have dry skin, moisturizing with a very rich and oily moisturizer four times a day maybe a little much, it may cause milia but if you're using a lightweight moisturizer during the day, 3 times a day and leaving a heavier moisturizer for overnight, if you need a heavy moisturizer at all, then you most likely won't have an issue with milia, esp if you use a lightweight eye cream around the eye area when you use the thick heavy overnight cream. But absolutely definitely nothing wrong with applying a little light weight moisturizer multiple times a day. It maybe Jane Fonda or Helen Miriam but one beautiful elegant mature actress who has beautiful skin said in an interview a few years ago that she keeps jars of her favorite moisturizer all over her house and she applies it constantly through out the day but it's really nothing new, actresses, models, singers, celebrities and celebrity makeup artists alike have all stressed the importance of properly hydrating skin throughout the decades for good reason
