Unfortunately, hygiene standards for prepared food in markets in Thailand have again deteriorated significantly after the pandemic. Most prepared food is offered openly and without transparent covers. Hundreds of people stand in front of the uncovered food and talk to the vendor. We humans have moist pronunciation, and so this fine spit sinks onto the food. Many vendors wear a mask to protect themselves from their customers' wet pronunciation, but they do not protect their customers. Greetings from Indochina friend
The food is always so amazing in Thailand. There is tasty food everywhere and people are always cooking or eating something. It's a paradise for food lovers like me.
