I was disappointed with the new brand reveal earlier, but I am digging the design now. The clean surfaces with few bold pinches at the right places along with those proportions and stance is really appealing! Have to see the production variant to really comment on the final individual elements like mirrors, lighting, faux grille etc. and how they turn out to be in real life.
This is a gorgeous concept from the company formerly known as Jaguar-the-dead-brand. It’s important to understand that Jaguar died a long time ago as it became a mundane brand, that resembled Ford cars (Ford used to own them). For owners of the Jaguar brand, it was change or die and be buried for good. We are excited about this new rebirth of Jaguar. Jaguar, was always about cutting edge designs mixed with performance. They lost their way, but it seems that they may have found it again. 99.99% of those who are whining, aren’t in the target demographics to own the new direction of Jaguar, hence their opinions mean poop. Also, those who didn't like the ads, are pretending to also not like the concept car.
100% agree. What a way to revive a brand and start from 0. Jaguar badly needed a reset as it died a couple of decades back with their cars looking like Fords. Great job!!!!
You can rebirth it with the same logo right .. The leaping jaguar on the bonet is the best logo in the car industry along with the Benz logo The jaguar face logo also looked sick
@@james_isaac You don't get it. Jaguar died a couple of decades ago. No one cared about the leaping cat, if they did, they would have bought those boring, mundane cars. They are calling it Zero Zero, start from 0 for a new generation. We love it!
People often claim that certain actions have tarnished their legacy or damaged their identity. However, brands sometimes need to rebrand and redefine their identity to boost sales. Negative social media commentary doesn't necessarily equate to a bad decision. Jaguar's leadership likely conducted thorough market research and tailored their product range to cater to the preferences of luxury-oriented consumers. After all, the company has a deeper understanding of its customer base than random social media users, many of whom may not even be potential Jaguar buyers.
Many? No Most of those people. This is an Indian channel, they always love to bash Indian cars n bike designs. While they love knockoffs of other brands only bcoz it's a foreign brand. These people can't even afford a mid range bike without emi lol.

Try viewing this car like you are an agnostic for EVs and ICEs and then, objectively, in its own, this design really stands out. Let’s see how the production models turn out to be
This is a vision concept, so they’ll use style elements and themes from this as inspiration but the production car will be a proper car suitable for a range of roads.
It feels like Jaguar is always treated with a double edge sword. They're damned if they try or they're damned if they don't. The jaguars of the past never sold in huge numbers so a change was inevitable and I'm keen to see the future products they come out with

It looks like a futuristic comic-style car, a blend of Velar, vintage design, and Cybertruck elements, ultimately a food car that sells ice cream and pastries
Funny you should say this, but as an 8-10 year old kid I used to draw images of cars which were very similar to this. They included screens and cameras. But they were driven from a central joystick rather than having a wheel. They were mostly imagined from Captain Scarlett and Thunderbirds. That was 60 years ago. I seriously wonder whether somebody picked up one of these old drawings - I was never very good at rounding off the front or the back. And I had no real world experience of structural integrity or weight distribution.
In a bubble, it looks like a soap bar. In the real world I’m sure it’s going to be an eye catcher and will make a bold statement. Also, excellent marketing

Squeaky clean is what they're going for. At least we can expect nice and comfy seats with a massage function.
