My favorite thing about this video is the visual aesthetic. I love the dark background, the symmetry of the simple decor and the rainbow circles right down the center. I'm so thankful to see this video tonight. I just had to put one of my dogs to sleep a couple days ago, it all happened very suddenly and he was only 5 years old. He was my heart dog. I know a lot of people won't understand that, but he was my doggie soulmate and like a therapy dog for me during some of the hardest times of my life and my anxiety/depression struggles. My heart is broken and it's been a very difficult couple days since, this video gave me a brief respite from everything and some much needed peace and like a warm hug. Thank you as usual for what you do. I will never be able to fully explain all you've done for me over the years, but thank you.

I can't deal with Chakras and aromatherapy (that I can't even actually smell!) and spoken intentions and all that mumbo jumbo! Why, in fact I zzzzzzzzzzzz" and then I was asleep for like 10 hours even though I'd been dealing with an absolutely devastating personal crisis that week and NOTHING was working. This one knocked me out immediately. I think I made it all the way to green like ONCE. Sincerely this is my favorite ASMR video for years and years now. I don't even know why, but I can smell the colors now.

Random question: in real life, I'm only triggered by music..does anyone experience that? Like, really intense and emotional orchestra, certain rhythmic guitar and pure singing voices. In fact, until I discovered ASMR I thought it was normal xD id talk to my friends and say "that song makes my spine crawl. It's awesome isn't it?" And they'd look at me like "what the hell? xD" This is a super awesome video btw, just had this on my mind today.
My musical trigger is bass, rap music bass. I get sleepy at a stop light and someone has their bass loud BUT it does not effect me in my own car (stock radio). You are not alone LOL!
Yep, everyone get's the sensation at some point and it just depends on which stimuli makes people react, it could be movies, music, inspirational happenings, beautiful scenery or nature, seeing something powerful, seeing or feeling a loved one habits, and all the way from sleep inducing to foreplay or sex. Some people around here have this obsession with trying to push the idea that asmr is different to everything else just so they can fell like they are in some special little club but yes, music is a huge trigger for me and a lot of other people i have met.
Yeah definitely soundtrack, especially if it's super dramatic! Because it can either be moving or epic! I used to get tingles from ASMR, but I watch it #1 because it's relaxing, and two I like the people who do it and want to support them in any way I can.

I've watched many AMSR videos and although the are great by their own standards, they didn't deliver the tingle sensation many people refer to in posts. I thought maybe i was numb to it, however when you sprayed the purifying water i felt the tingle sensation.. I have watched this video many times since! I have to tell you, when my mom was in the ICU and I had to sleep in the waiting rooms, this was the only video that could help me sleep. I listened to it anytime I had the chance to get some sleep. I actually have a hard time listening to it now because it reminds me of that time, but with my mom finally doing better (this has been over a year-long process), I can finally start listening to it again without waking up thinking I'm back at the hospital. Not only do I love Maria's videos, I love the comment section on her videos. People are (almost always) saying nice, positive things about her and to each other! Even on the most benign cat videos on TH-cam, there will always be people fighting and people saying mean things to each other. I feel like it's very telling of the kind of person Maria seems to be and shows just how much we all respect her and appreciate her work.

I have literally watched this every night for a week to help me sleep!! AMAZING!! And thanks to this channel I found out that my weird tingles.... when they guy is fixing the photocopier in the office, or when the lady is spraying cleaner & wiping the desks...are ASMR and I'm not actually weird! :-)

Random question: in real life, I'm only triggered by music..does anyone experience that? Like, really intense and emotional orchestra, certain rhythmic guitar and pure singing voices. In fact, until I discovered ASMR I thought it was normal xD id talk to my friends and say "that song makes my spine crawl. It's awesome isn't it?" And they'd look at me like "what the hell? xD"

My musical trigger is bass, rap music bass. I get sleepy at a stop light and someone has their bass loud BUT it does not effect me in my own car (stock radio). You are not alone LOL!
Yep, everyone get's the sensation at some point and it just depends on which stimuli makes people react, it could be movies, music, inspirational happenings, beautiful scenery or nature, seeing something powerful, seeing or feeling a loved one habits, and all the way from sleep inducing to foreplay or sex. Some people around here have this obsession with trying to push the idea that asmr is different to everything else just so they can fell like they are in some special little club but yes, music is a huge trigger for me and a lot of other people i have met.
Yeah definitely soundtrack, especially if it's super dramatic! Because it can either be moving or epic! I used to get tingles from ASMR, but I watch it #1 because it's relaxing, and two I like the people who do it and want to support them in any way I can.

I've watched many AMSR videos and although the are great by their own standards, they didn't deliver the tingle sensation many people refer to in posts. I thought maybe i was numb to it, however when you sprayed the purifying water i felt the tingle sensation.. I have watched this video many times since! I have to tell you, when my mom was in the ICU and I had to sleep in the waiting rooms, this was the only video that could help me sleep. I listened to it anytime I had the chance to get some sleep. I actually have a hard time listening to it now because it reminds me of that time, but with my mom finally doing better (this has been over a year-long process), I can finally start listening to it again without waking up thinking I'm back at the hospital.

Even on the most benign cat videos on TH-cam, there will always be people fighting and people saying mean things to each other.
