Got my favorite boi Moonknight so happy
As an Australian, it's weird that there's practically no popular Australian Marvel heroes (only Australian superhero in general i can think of is Captain Boomerang), yet Australians play 2 of the most popular superheroes and also have a huge role in creating them (not one but 2 of our state governments are in practically all the marvel credits)
Didn’t you guys basically adopt The Phantom?
As an X-Men fan, I feel it my duty to inform you that one of the most popular eras of the original Claremont run involved the team living in the Outback as fugitives for like two years. Is it because Chris saw Mad Max and wanted to do Mad Max but in the Marvel Universe? Maybe. But it did give us some great issues and some really cool heroes like Gateway and later Manifold. Also worth mentioning that Bishop's parents are Aboriginal even if he is culturally a post-apocalyptic New Yorker. (Oh, and Pyro is an Aussie too! Not always a hero but reasonably popular!)
It's because we have the visual effects studios in more of our capital cities
Could also be Disney Studios (old fox studios)
Not me whooping out loud as a Wither fan. Feels good to be included.
Oklahoma also gave us Firefist, aka Rusty Collins, the inspiration for Deadpool 2.
I love the new editor!
You should do a video on Marvel characters from other countries
Man, we got Ms.MODOK. Oh well, at least the OG New Mutants got a lot of love with both of their leaders being the headliners for their respective states.
We still have Dolly...
@@feralart Amen to that
The Leader has the most cowboy villain mustache so there you do.
10:40, you nailed it. That is the correct pronunciation
This is the exact kind of niche comic content I come to Nikhil for
I can't believe you brought up The Blob being from Lubbock, TX, but neglected to mention that Forge, (another indigenous person of the Cheyanne tribe and also Storm's ex-boyfriend) is from Dallas, Tx! Otherwise, great video, keep it up!
@@rocknrollcannibals sadly technically forge’s birthplace is unknown he just lives in dallas (and is likely from there i was just bein extra specific for this one)
It's so funny to me personally that Kentucky's guy is named Cannonball. I knew a guy called that irl.
Finding out that Bulldozer of the lovable Wrecking crew isn’t just from Kansas but the town I grew up in..is just wild and unexpected but my heart goes to Gambit cause I was born Louisiana
