Followed you for a year through covid but today I got my blood test results through which show I have high bilirubin levels..so went and looked up to see if you had done a video on this.. and here we are. Can you help or suggest how I can help reduce my bilirubin levels please? Xx
What is the result of regularly donating plasma? As this breaks down the blood cells when they take the plasma out but put the blood back? Can there be a long term effect from this?

1. I think it goes directly to the kidneys. 2. Yes, fatty meals may cause 'dumping syndrome'. 3. Yes, but in pre-hepatic haemolytic jaundice the jaundice is usually mild, but you are right, there is nothing wrong with the liver. 4. No one calls me sir, Im just an ordinary bloke called John
