Hello, I’ve purchased this one on Amazon, there are only 3 straps … and honestly I haven’t figured out how to mount it on my rear rack (I have no sissy bar)

I just ordered one and it didn’t include half those straps. There’s no good way to mount it to a rack without a sissy bar with the straps included.
