I didn't pick it up as jealousy more that Olivia's conflicted because she feels bad Altliv lost her partner yet she's not comfortable around her because of their history, probably even less comfortable now that she has her old memories back. But she's still concerned so she asks Lincoln how she's doing (and she probably does miss Lincoln as a partner). I also think she's concerned for Walter who is taking a big step by going to the AU on his own when a few months ago he never left the lab.

Since Olivia no longer has the memories from the new time line, she doesn't really remember much about Lincoln whatsoever. She also doesn't remember anything about what she went through in this time line when it comes to Altliv. Since this Altliv did not get pregnant or sleep with Peter, she didn't have much against her.
