Up a Dead End with HGVS not Allowed!

Smallest sign ever said HGVS this way, so I end up a blind alley with no HGVS allowed. By the looks of the gras verge I am not the first and with a stamp sized sign, I won't be the last!

Hope you don’t have to come to Norfolk you’ll find it hard to find a road that’s open it’s driving me nuts at the moment they’re doing so many jobs all at the same time and what makes me even more mad is they’re little jobs that should only take a day or two but they close the road for weeks on end with no one working on them

VBS is Vehicle Booking System. It's a system for organizing flow of vehicles in and out of busy depots, mainly docks.
