Hey Jimmy. Hope all is well its sooo good to see you still in business. I've been following you since i believe 2018 i know it was when your channel 1st started. Take care and keep up the great work
My top dividend stocks are a little bit different because I live in the Netherlands so I'm also taking into consideration all the top stocks (and dividend tax I'd have to pay) in the Netherlands and European Union I'm just targeting in high yield dividend stocks that are top in their sectors: All the best for me are: - at Euronext Amsterdam: ING Groep NV, NN Group NV, Randstad Holding NV; - at SE's in the European Union (excl. NL): Engie SA, Allianz SA, Shell plc - at NYSE/Nasdaq: Southern Copper, ExxonMobil, Prologis But only one of them seems currently to be cheap enough to accumulate and that's what I'm doing for last few months 😏
Can you do a video on REITS? They were great during Covid but afterwards, since nobody can afford to buy/rent any homes or want to work in any corporate buildings, they have declined a lot.
Good video, but the main threat to all of these good arguments you make is the looming interest rate decisions this year, inflation numbers, the geopolitical situation, the upcoming US election. Each and every one of these mentioned could easily send all of the stocks you mentioned in one direction or another despite the FCF and other interesting numbers.
Dividend stock is most effective when approached with a long-term perspective. While dividends can provide immediate income, the true power lies in the compounding effect over many years. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
GSBD: Assume you invested $1000 on Jan 2020 and acquired 47.53 shares. For 2020,2021,2022 and 2023 one had a dividend of $1.80 per share which comes to $85.55 dividends per year. SO for 2020-2023, a total of $342 in dividends. But the price of the share in Jan 2024, valued your initial $1000 to $719. Include the dividends and it amounts to $1061. Back to square one. You lost on inflation. My point is that high dividend stocks are to be threatened with caution. The decline of this particular stock is higher than its dividend % so its not worth the risk.
Great video. It is important to note that dividends from BDCs are generally taxed as ordinary income and not a capital gain like qualified dividends, so that may be something people want to consider. With that being said, even if you were paying 25%-30% of that dividend in taxes, you are still coming out ahead of a 4% dividend. BDCs are a great investment, assuming the loans are good. I also noticed on the Abbvie video that the colors on the pie chart for Botox cosmetics and Humira were very similar. You mentioned the Humira being the large section. It would be interesting to know how much life is left on the Humira patent.
What about tobacco companies? MO BAT PM. Then pharma like BMY, PFE, ABT and compare them to ABBV, but at the end pharma is about patents, expirstions and new drugs approvals
That’s another good one, I had that one on my list, but it was much closer to its DCF fair value than the other ones. I’m hoping to go through the different sectors and find good opportunities, so I’m curious to see where PFE falls compared to its peers
Great video for value investors like me; Jimmy, I am a value investor, and I try to invest at least 50 dollars in every paycheck I get could you please do a video about the best dividend stocks under 50 dollars. Thanks,
$BTI has a high dividend and undervalued based on DCF. Its a tabacco company so it's expected to have a low price. Still consistent and good div.
Great video, Jimmy, ED has been a solid dividend payer and likely will remain so!

+1
Realty income and Vici
Can you do Reality Income Corp 'O'?
VICI and BN
MAA as well, please
Great video, Jimmy. Can you please make a video about Adobe. The market is so overreacting to its stock.
The website looks awesome! Time well invested. We missed U, but U were building a good thing
Other from the health sector like BMY, Pfizer and CVS??
I was going to ask for exactly the same ones:)

Diverse selection, nice work.
Let me know if you come across any other ones that could be good to analyze
Jimmy, please release a video on ATKR / CRM 🙏

EPD though its a limited partnership is similar to ENB. OHI is a pretty nice high yield REIT.
Those are both good ones
Love EPD but that K1 is a nightmare and you can get over taxed if you cant get the form right
@@krakhour2 I don't do my own taxes. I pay someone who knows about taxes. I don't do my own surgery either.
This is great, learned a lot about what features to look for and how to evaluate them when considering stock investment. Very helpful thank you 👋👋👋
Interesting viewpoint! 💰💼
I’m happy that you mentioned a BDC like GSBD.
I own already ARCC, RWAY and HTGC and couldn’t be happier with this type of investment!
Keep in mind BDC's and MLP's are not considered qualified dividends. They will be taxed as ordinary income regardless of how long you have held them.

Question is their an expense ratio to the Goldman Sachs stock
Could U look closer at NFE please?
How about cvs and pfizer?
Great video.

Dangerous due to generic and government cut backs on drug reimbursement, especially for a elderly population
What about tobacco companies? MO BAT PM. Then pharma like BMY, PFE, ABT and compare them to ABBV, but at the end pharma is about patents, expirstions and new drugs approvals
What about Rubis? A smaller France based company with very decent results
How about CVR energy
Like the new hybrid covered calls Jepq, Jepi and spyi
No chapters?
BTI, RIO, & BSM
like BDCs in this environment cause of the interest rates .
Like Main and Hercules better and Ares capital
TSX:WCP

I am up 94.8% on my XOM stock, the dividend is low compared to others at this price range.
Can you please cover JACK in the BOX stock

Just buy fractional shares, if the stock price is more than you can afford.
There is literally a stock in this video for like 15 dollars lol
Lots of Canadians stocks pay much more dividends than these stocks and it's safe too.
*EURN*
walgreen pays dividend and its undervalued.
