I live in utah
I like to think that theres other members of these Titan species, so Scylla's species isnt now extinct, theyre just not allowed to be a 'titan' unless they bow to Godzilla. With other, smaller members living in Hollow Earth for instance, same for Tiamat. Not sure if there's anything contradicting this, but I think it makes sense given the multiple MUTO's we've seen. But this makes sense, they are competitors, so its less like theyre a pack more... symbiotic animals... to a point.

Remember the scene where Godzilla jumps out of the water like a dolphin and grabs ghidorah? in order for that scene to even be possible in order for him to jump that high assuming ghidorah was only 100 feet above the water which he probably wasn't He was probably Higher Godzilla would have to be able to swim at least more than 2,800 mph and its probably more because ghidorah was probably higher than that.

I am now going to write 3 paragraphs worth of ranting about how GxK sucks because of this. (I'm a Scylla fan). Once they killed off Scylla that quick, it kinda just left a bad taste in my mouth that lasted until the end of the film, it was very obvious throughout the film that Godzilla was just made to be some invincible monster that can't be hurt, and you know Godzilla is going to win every fight, so it ruins the fun of the scenes. My favorite thing about 2014 and King of the Monsters is that the fights were very fun because Godzilla wasn't just destroying his opponents effortlessly and actually nearly dies in some parts. It's more exciting and is why the Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla fight is one of my favorites in the Monsterverse. Scylla and Tiamat didn't need to be killed as they were fan favorites and had a lot of potential, I would of been okay with them dying though if they at least put up a good fight and aren't made as useless background characters with no purpose other than to be killed by Godzilla. I really hope Scylla and Tiamat have some crazy regeneration so we can see them again. For these reasons and more, GxK really didn't feel as fun as it was marketed to be and I give it a 6/10, my least favorite movie in the Monsterverse.
