this *was* recorded, just not released. t was from "Skirts", which was to be Debbie's 3rd album and also double as the soundtrack to the film, however the film got axed and the label shelved the album and Debbie started work on "Anything Is Possible" instead. so a shiny studio recording of this is floating around the Atlantic Records vault somewhere along with "Don't Flirt With Me" and the original version of "Sex" which later appeared on her "Colored Lights" CD
Like everyone else apparently, I really wish this one had been released. That and "Heart and Soul", which you were also performing on tour around this time.
