They need to add posing as a critique for scoring the athlete on stage. Posing counts for nothing in any competition I have seen or competed in unless (on the rare occasion) they have a trophy for best posing.
The twisting bicep at 16:17 as a transition is one of my Jim jams but instead of bicep it’ll be more of a tea cup. With a torso twist and driving the rear scap in to show off left side of back . Not fixed permantely just retract a few times to show both angles . Ever since I watched it be done back in the 90s and then with Kai green the way your lat insertions look and erector area 😮💨🤌🏾🤌🏾🔥 of course seeing the trap retract then spread is also glorious but something about them Xmas tree leaves lol .
