Haha, did a similar project 15 years ago on a zxr 400 with a 6R engine, only a few mm left on each side of the frame. Your advantage was the 3D printer, I had to mill my prototypes. But being a trained mechanic and an engineer, there is nothing that could stop me. BTW always use antiseize or at least MoS2 grease for every screw that goes in aluminium! I use it on wheel bolts of all my cars despite the warning not to do so. The bolts holding the dome of the pressure vessel of most nuclear reactors get screwed in with antiseize. I am long gone from these crazy projects riding a stock 701 sumo for travel and leisure.

Amazing build!!!I love my 2007 950 smr..nothing like it..will never get rid of it..ktm needs to do this..👍👍👍👍👍I would love to build an enduro....I will stick with the smr for now👍👍👍🐲🐲🐲the dragon ..she spits flames out the exhaust..lol
