Hello Sven, would it be possible to introduce more about the integration part of Move? What and how does it mean about one system experience? Is this one system experience more from HR view or user view or both?
Hi Niu, Under the caveat that nothing is guaranteed yet as the solution isn't out yet: Deeper integration (relying less on replicated data) is going to make the admin and imlementation side easier. One System experience nuilds on that and is delivering new UIs that allow you to follow a process, say, new hire in the SuccessFactors UI. Think of horizontal workflow / new-hire checklist. A bit like personnel actions in SAP HCM, but with a better UI, process control and handover between users. You might say it takes a lesson from Payroll Control Centre, though the processes are quite different. So, by nature, this will primarily support HR staff, becaus ethat's where these multi-step horizontal workflows happen. Employees usually have single touch activities, when it comes to integration with SAP HCM that's viewing payslip or other formy, accessing clock-in/clock out or other time related features etc. Those integrations are already available as of today. So, whilst in principal it would also serve employees and there may be use cases, I expect teh vast majorit yof use cases and more complex use cases to be with HR. The best one-stop-shop for employees or line managers is SuccessFactors Workzone (until recently know as "SAP Workzone for HR". If you are looking for a "one system experience" for non-HR, I'd look into that. It can also create nice guided procedures to make processes even more intuitive and integrate all kind of applications like Concur, Qualtrics, Service Now,... If you are using Fiori Launchpad in your on-premise system already, you can recycle the work you have done their and integrate it into Workzone as well.
