Nah same old same old. Some peeps believe ny puts out more or less winners based on time of year or other events but after 25 yrs of playing I can assure you it's the same old ny lotto. Only difference is more people so more tickets and cost of mega or powerball has increased
My experience in doing these books is that it usually 12 to 14 tickets that win. A retailer told me

And I know Texas is not the only State that does that New York should take a play from that book.
