Glow in the dark filament has fairly large particles which will clog and wear nozzles. Most will recommend .6mm + nozzles in hardened steel or better.

Noob here. I cannot get my filament to come up through the sensor. Is there a trick to it?

The issue is with the design on where the sensor is in my opinion. But you should be able to put it through the hole in the sensor and manually feed it through to the power head. Make sure it's in the right hole. I tried to feed it through the wrong one at first.

Let me tell you one thing this Titan extruder clone with plastic body (and low quality gears, bearings) is set to fail.
This is some hot garbage with gold coating. That extruder will fail, clog, it will be degrading rapidly over time. I had titan copy in my 4max pro and it was pain to deal with. First print should be swap to something like BMG clone on V6 full metal hotend and be done with it.

Thanks for your opinion. I can say I have not been to happy with it's performance. They sent me a new head for it already.
