Hey man im trying to start a local business and i have this machine to start out and im using these cards. Im using Photoshop.. im trying to figure out: tye best settings in Photoshop to run on this machine, (settings from image-r etc, the fastest most efficient settings for black and white buisness cards, the correct dpi of this machine, the correct calibration and so on to print high resolution cards for people. Oh yeah, I'm also finding different information about the actual laser mm so I can focus it correctly. My goal is to run big batches with the frame extension kit they sell. Also, how do you reset the z axis if you accidentally bump it in light burn?
i had this issue the only way i found to reset it is to turn it off and manually put it back into place and turn it back on then when u click go to origin it will be correct again

How do you keep the card from bending?
i didnt have any issues with it bending, maybe try to lower your power a bit or raise the speed a but to keep the temps down.
