And even though the venues are smaller, the optics of a fully packed smaller venue are WAY better than the optics of a large arena that’s sparse in attendance, EVEN IF the numbers are the same. 2k people in a smaller venue and 2k people in a stadium look different given the different sizes of the room, and that can have an effect on the artists’ optics. It could be the same amount of people but if the venue looks widely spread out and empty, people are gonna think of it as a flop but if it looks tightly packed in, people will be like woah she sold that out EVEN IF the cap is smaller… A lot of these teams get egotistical and don’t understand that.
