Yup. I remember this garbage. At the time, This was their last ditch effort to go commercial and become a mainstream band. It failed. Soon after, Bruce quit the band, made a solo record that flopped, then he tried going alternative with that Skunkworks band. That flopped too, then he did a couple more solo records, those flopped too, so after all those flops, he decided to go back to Iron Maiden. Now they claim that they "never cared about being on MTV". Iron Maiden is a great band with great music, but Dickinson and Harris lie through their teeth.
How on earth can you say Accident Of Birth and The Chemical Wedding flopped !?! Those are 2 of the best metal albums of the 90's and were head and shoulders above what Maiden were doing at the time (although The X Factor isnt far behind in my opinion). Have to agree that Fear Of The Dark wasnt great though, from songs to album cover..
