Personally, I have seen a lot of players picking her, some even instalocking her (Me.) But most of the time I don't see her being played at her full potential or not being played optimally. The amount of people having Midsummer Night skin and doing dogshit baffles me, if you have affinity 10 I atleast expect you to know how to use your goddamn skill or atleast control your gun to a certain extent but instead its some guy who just gave her a shit ton of gifts and finished her easy ass quest to unlock the skin.
Oh right, but when I tell my teammates (especially Celestia players) that they suck, they're doing absolutely nothing, have bad aim, pick up wrong nades, not clearing sites, not watching angles, not to peek against AWPers, not fucking standing still and watching walls I'm the bad guy. I hope people awaken in global server soon, pisses me off to see that even in ranked there's people who plays like this. The other day a Celestia told me "This is a gacha game, why are you mad?" man...

Jokes aside, Celestia is optimally played as an aggressive agent, henceforth, unless your Celestia's aim is dogshit, she'll topfrag or will be a close second. (Personal experience, most of the time)
