I love it. Super useful for portability and setting up stuff in rekordbox to take to bigger setups later on. You can make it stereo with use of a soundcard with 2 outputs, and you can midi map the cue buttons to make it change track select buttons up and down if you wish, something I found useful when arranging mixs on the move. I reccomend anyone thinking to get this, to consider the 400 first but if portability is more important then this is the one added to the fact it's just a little over £100 it's a bargain.
I have purchased a separate RCA red/white cable and I plug this into the y-splitter cable that comes with the controller which then connects to my phone. The speaker I use is a Bluetooth speaker but has the ports for the rca red/white cable, but when I have headphones and speaker (connected via the rca cable) connected to the y-splitter cable, I cannot hear any music. Why would this be?
Is your set without subscription. Im not interested in monthly payments & use without pad phones. Just Music library on external hard drive, macbook pro, DJ-200, and free version rekordbox. Is that possible?

SoundCloud is not available on Android version , it's super cool software and any controller can be remapped to trick we-dj app into believing that your using a ddj2000 controller . TH-cam copy link convert is the free option but copyright can catch up or beatports good if your buying tunes .

The adapter is a regular 3,5 mm aux, yes. As far as I know you have to charge your phone contactless (if possible), because your charging port is already in use. Your second option is to pull of the adapter cable and charge your phone but dispense on djing with headphones

@@abigailmitchell2268 yes I did upgrade. We were trying to use the wedj app first, but found a little piece of paper that came with the equipment about djay. None of the videos or forums talk about that app so I was relieved. Stinks you can't use spotify but that's ok.

@@OliverGreen2Real How exciting..yes that's right. The Dj200 should come with those audio cables. Think it's 1.5mm jack audio cable. They just plug into the speakers. They are colour coded red and white usually. What are you planning on doing, Mixes etc? xxx
What the splitter does and how it works with the software is that it splits the signal into 2 mono signals. Left being the master and right being the cue. This way we can have music coming out of our phone to speakers and headphones.
Don't bother with this product if you have a Huawei Mate20x. The jog wheel lag is unbearable. No other feature lags... Another annoying thing, you can't connect your laptop via Bluetooth. Why? Who knows...

You can't connect the "WeDJ-app" with spotify. For using Spotify you must download the algoriddim app "freeDJ".
Soundcloud should work tho.

I believe it is because Huawei has no more rights to use Android program so many apps that connected to androids won't show up in Huawei no more.
