- For the first time on Carnival we chose a Cloud 9 Spa cabin so that we could enjoy the benefits of the thermal suite which comes with that category.
In this vide we show you around the thermal suite options on the Carnival Luminosa.

My wife and I loved this Spa Experience. It was great to experience with the beautiful views of Alaska. It made our trip even more amazing than we could have imagined. Enjoy!
I loved the relaxation room, a great quiet room to escape the hustle and bustle.
We loved the whole area and have upgraded our standard balcony to a Cloud 9 Spa cabin for the next Luminosa cruise because it was so good.

That is my favourite areas on the Luminosa, I usually spend a lot of time using the areas on my cruise
We are on board again in February and had a standard balcony booked but we have been able to upgrade this to Cloud 9 Spa so very happy about that. We have also got a better cabin. The one we had this time was under the Lido Deck and very noisy. Next one is under the actual spa.
How nice the spa room is and all the other parts of it
It's really nice Wendy. Strangely the cabin decor is not quite as nice as the standard cabins, we think. Cabin Tour video coming out next so let us know what you think about the decor. Anyway, we loved the thermal suite so much that we have upgraded our next cruise from a standard balcony to a Cloud 9 balcony so that we can do it all agajn.
Forgot to add gets some Phenergan 25mg from your Chemist it is the same formula as Avomine and cost half the price. Take 1 the night before the cruise and then another 1 on the first night of the cruise.
Is Avomine the ones they sell on the ship Alan? Never got the name.
@@robandalicruisetravel Yes they are the ones, our chemist got us on to Phenergan and explained and showed us the formulas they are both exactly the same.
Hi Rob and Ali, Wondering how often you used these facilities on your cruise and what were your favourites? Also, how did your hair cope with all the heat and steam Ali? Looks fabulous, hope you had a wonderful cruise. Cheers, Leah
Hi Leah. We actually didn't use the facilities as much as we wanted due to it being a New Years cruise, cruising with friends and 3 ports stops. However, we are back on board in February and have upgraded our standard balcony to a Cloud 9 Spa one so that we can use it more. My (Rob) favourites were the Aroma Steam Room, Laconium and Hydrotherapy Pool. Laconium, Relax room and Hydrotherapy Pool for Ali. There's only really steam in the Aroma Steam Room, the others are really just different temperatures.

Is that on the Splendor? If so, we haven't been on that ship yet and it would be good to get your views on what the facilities are like on there when you return, if you could please?
Did you say if you are on deck 8or9 you can use the day spa for free?
Do you know if you can just get a day or 2 pass to use the spa?? If so how much?
Hi Sarah. You can but I can't remember how much. I will ask when we are next on board on 11th February.
Is the sauna complimentary?
no it is additional unless you have a Cloud 9 Suite room.
