- In this Carnival Mardi Gras Thermal Suite & Cloud 9 Spa tour we take you inside our spa balcony cabin on the Mardi Gras. We'll show you the secret entrance to the thermal suite and Carnival Mardi Gras Cloud 9 Spa. The Cloud 9 spa has massages, a salon, thermal suite and tons of other amenities, it is amazing on the Carnival Mardi Gras. Massage services are available at a discount on special days. We enjoyed the aromatherapy sauna, experience shower, and mineral pool. They also feature heated chairs you can relax on.
I did cloud 9 on the magic! I would never cruise without cloud 9. Those steam rooms are amazing. Can't wait to cruise on

On the Magic the spa was on an upper deck and had a lot of windows, I think I would miss the view.
The Dream Class is way different and way better. The Vista and XL class dont have the same true therapy pool.

LOVE the Thesolotherapy pool!! Paid for it separately on the Dream for the whole cruise. Got in it everyday! My husband even liked it. Aroma is light and refreshing. Definitely recommend!!! Few people in it. Would love a spa cabin for the other amenities.

At 129 per week per person it is really cost effective compared with spas in US. So I would definitely book it. The amount of features and room types plus the thermal pool makes this a must do for me

On Carnival Panorama, the thermal suite has windows over looking the ocean. Great views! Wish Mardi Gras had this.

I am so glad I have a cloud 9 room and that I know what's included this time. On the last cruise I went on I also had a cloud 9 balcony but I didn't take advantage of its benefits.

We had stayed in a spa cabin for a Super Bowl Cruise on the Breeze. It was so relaxing. The pool was amazing.
I am kind of disappointed in the size and location. I am used to thermal suites on NCL with giant walls of windows or an aft balcony. Thermal suites are always an important part of my cruise and I think this looks like an afterthought. I was looking forward to adding the Mardi Gras to my winter vacation plans, but between that and the blah itinerary out of a difficult port, I don't think I will. Thanks for being the first to show it in depth, though. Most reviewers skip it.

we are on spa deck17 (connecting rooms). so, can anyone use the elevator from 17 to 5 and vice versa? do they check?

I don’t think there is because the cloud 9 spa is located on deck 5 and it doesn’t have any window look out the ocean

@@chrishess6894 Thats a Bummer. I like the seperate male/Female facilities as then i dont have to be "dressed" other then a towel when using them. Speedo is the next best thing then. LOL. I do have a Spa Cabin booked.
Actually, I saw a Video on here from someone that shows they had the seperate saunas in the lockerooms. I think its on Deck 6 where the Gym is.
That theloso pool looks real lame..I'm used to big powerful hot tubs on the dream..hopefully there is another hot tub down there.
The pool is much smaller than the breeze. Also it's not a secret way they all have the elevator

I was disappointed. Being one of the largest newest ships thermal suite is small. Compared to the MAGiC. Don’t let the mirrors fool you.
