Follow instructions. I knew as soon as you installed the bracket to the Lock before installing on Door you did it wrong. I guess you were showing us what mistakes look like.
Forgive me cause I made a mistake and I didn't edit it out like the other TH-camrs do. But that's what makes me unique and relatable.
How did you find the battery life?
Great question my man. With regular double A batteries it operated for a month. I got rechargeable batteries and they last two and a half months now.

I can't seem to post a picture of my instructions but your lever is upside down from my booklet. I was hoping to learn the secret to reversing the handle using the joint point but I can not seem to do it sorry to bother you
