7:04 is the most meme line from this season
It did really get us, as you can tell. 🤣
@@Thenormies Got you deep down.
That "So this is the episode that comes from" moment.
Please explain it to me. I'm lost. Some kind of sex joke?
Blacked.
I disappoint myself.
Chris’s _whole body_ reacting to the Black Lightning line 🤣
Oh my god, he couldn’t even speak! 😂
“What about all of you? Are you prepared to lie?”
*Looks down at large BATFAMILY symbol* YES
Not to mention the guy who did Deep Cover with Nightwing and Megan who lied to everyone about what Martian color she was.
You mean like we do every day to the public about our double-lives?
Once you go Black lightning, you never go back lightning
💀💀💀💀
you guys are disgu....ting and w€@k
Actually Suraj, Tim is probably one of the only Batman associates with a regular life to a degree. Especially out of the Robins.
True unless you want to include return of the joker
Or when Boomer killed his dad.
I would say Spoiler more so.
third time's the charm for Batdad to get a well-adjusted kid
I mean this depends on the incarnation because most versions of Tim have: mom dead, dad dead, best friend dead, girlfriend dead, future version of him is a murderous psychopath. Honestly if anyone has it good it’s damian lowkey 💀
The "black lightning" line hit so hard every joint in Chris´ body malfunctioned for a second
The black lightning line might be the funniest joke from this series lol. So out of pocket.
It's not just because Brion is royalty he's also desperate to find his sister since he thought she died that's why he's rash at times especially concerning the metahuman trafficking .
Wonder Woman: “Are you all prepared to lie!?”
Kaldur: “You were out of town last season, but…”
Mega’an: “ My entire identity is a lie!”
Batman family: “When are we not lying!”
😂😂😂
Everyone in the Batcave in that final scene knows everything that 'Batman Inc' does, including Nightwing. The teams that each of them leads don't. Not even Artemis knows that Oracle is basically their 'man in the chair' giving them info. Not even during the mission in Markovia did Artemis, Black Lightning or Superboy know that Oracle was talking to him.
Man y’all got no idea how cool shade is
He was in the Stargirl show and was easily top 5 characters
He’s the type that toes the line between anti hero/criminal
So Arrowette is the little girl whose father Artemis and Green Arrows save from Black Spider in Season 1. Spoiler is one of the teenagers kidnapped for the reach ship that the team infiltrates to save ( the episode where we first see black beetle and where Miss Martian Nukes Aqualad’s brain)
7:05 this line is so Iconically HILARIOUS that I tricked myself into believing it was dubbed and not real LMAOOO
NEVER realized how much innuendo was in this episode until today...
Vandal Savage is in live action if you watch Legends of Tomorrow and Shade is also in live action with sportsmaster in DC's Stargirl. You need episodes like this to set up episodes later on .
The Stargirl versions of Sportsmaster and Shade are probably my favorite depictions ever. Both of them are like, "SCENERY NOM NOM NOM NOM" but in the best ways possible.
Both underated on a network that didn't know how to promote it shows.
Arrowverse Vandal is the worst, Not a bad character, but the worst Vandal Savage ever, idk why they gave him his name.
This season is really showing how effective bullets are supposed to be. Cheshire couldn't kids show her way out of stopping one 🤣
So the people you saw in the Bat Cave know the full picture but the teams they lead don’t.
• Kaldur is leading The Justice League members who are on Earth
• Wonder Woman is leading the Justice League members who are in Space
• Ms. Martian - Young Justice Team aka “The Team”
• Batman - “Batman Inc”
• Robin - Young Batman Inc
• Nightwing - New Young Justice Team
Nightwing's team has no name at this point
@@scargreatness8457 Outsiders like the name of the season, isn't it? Or did I just make that up
@@MademoiselleRed1390 that's a spoiler.
The Outsiders isn't the name of Nightwing's team, it's the the name of the team lead by Beast Boy in this continuity. The were fed up with the adults and the laws placed by Luthor. Nightwing doesn't lead them just his covert (unnamed) squad. DC has a multitude of teams which are all different.
@@MademoiselleRed1390 Nightwing's team has 5 senior members and 4 junior members. And because they're a Black Ops Squad they don't have a name. "Technically" what they do is illegal so they rather not be labeled lol, also they secretly work for Batman but the only members of the team that knows this is Oracle and Nightwing.
In case it wasn't obvious before, this season was the first season that this show was made to go straight to streaming. So it thus doesn't have to follow certain television standards when it comes to violence and adult humor. That's how we get episodes like this one. This episode would never have been allowed back in Season 1.
This is easily my favorite portrayal of Shade. Dude looks legit terrifying here.
In Justice League/Unlimited, he was just a dapper dude with a cane that let him manipulate shadows.
As an art student I appreciate the clever title of this episode
Last time they kept a big secret Kaldur became a vegetable.
Nightwing became the Batman, just what he said he didn't want to be back in season 1.
“What about all of you? Are you prepared to lie?”
*Entire Wayne Manor bursts into laughter*
Once you go Black Lightning
You never go back and it's frightening
I've been waiting for the black lightning joke since this series started. I feel validated
They need to watch Stargirl for the best depiction of Shade ever. Plus, Chris can get his super villain gorilla fix. Plus + Plus, it is a really good show.
This is very true. Man, that show was an absolute treasure. Such a shame it got cut short.
He said take this BBL (Big Black Lightning)!😂
They didn't note Barbara is in a wheelchair?
Lormies 😂
So is fair to say they wouldn't note the kid and the crowbar coming back and they have no info about the killing joke, they should watch Batman under the Redhood
I think they noticed that two episodes ago
I've waited three seasons and eight episodes just to get to 7:00, and it did not disappoint 🤣🤣
I have been waiting for this reaction just for the "You've never black lightning before" line. It's iconic.
Lol, yes, BL is litterally overcompensation, the character 🤣🤣
He's so insecure 😜
Never had Black Lightning?
I'll get the wheelchair.
One of the funniest things that could happen is the stargirl version of sports master meets his family here in this series. They are not ready for the world's # 1 best dad sports master.
Chris couldn't contain himself at that Black Lightning line
Batman inc is always fun to see
"are you really ready to keep these secrets" Diana says to the most of the characters (and M'gann who got involved in it later) in the big mega infiltrate the Light spying plan in S2.
“In my pants”-Black Lightning
The jokes in the episode are pretty funny. It is suprising some of what the first 2 seasons did on tv like Cheshire flashing pretty obviously and there’s some comments said there’s another this episode scene at 3:48. She is underrated too
The team at the end of the EP is like the white lotus. No one outside that room knows they’re working together and coordinating all these missions. Not even the rest of the Justice league is aware.
I’ve been waiting for that black lighting joke since season 1 😂
Lol, yes, BL is litterally overcompensation, the character 🤣🤣
He's so insecure 😜
That breadsticks comment really took Navi for a loop.lol
Arrowette is the girl who watch Artemis save her father in season 1
Once you go Black Lightning you never go back lightning
With their love of Shade and Sportsmaster, they might need to cover Stargirl
Seeing this again reminds me of how excited I was when first watching this. Seeing Spoiler/Stephanie & Orphan/Cassie in animation was really cool. Also nice to see a scarier yet more sympathetic Clayface again (similar to his role in the recent Detective Comics as well at BTAS)
2:24 Hey Suraj, there is a vandal savage live action actor who played him in legends of tomorrow from the cw arrowverse
Vandal Savage in name alone. It's really not the same character at all.
Mad Hatter is one of those villains who seems goofy.... until you think about it and learn some of the details. People stop laughing about the mind control hats when they learn what he's done with them.
Justice League doing some shady shiiit
Technically the bat family and friends are doing some shady sh*t, it's barely the justice league.
Batman INC is
@@scargreatness8457 Spoiler for the latter half of the season but the fact that its 4 Batman family members 2 ex young justice members and WW being on another galaxy makes it pretty clear is Batman alone running the show here like an dad guiding 5 other childrens but making it seem like they are also part of the choices
So I’m sure others have already mentioned, but after season 3 came back as a streaming exclusive, they changed the rating from TV-PG to TV-14, hence the increase of violence and innuendo lol
Shade's a cool villain, and often on the classier side for supervillainy. Showed up a few times in the Justice League shows, and IIRC his comic nemesis is Starman, who I'm told had a pretty good series for a while.
I love how much more official the JL is in this compared to the comics where they have way more stuff and yet are like 7 people (who are usually Superman, batman, winder woman and the 4 people that will rock with them) who nobody can tell them anything.
Batman and Wonder Woman in most DC continuities never have a romantic connection. It's pretty much only the DCAU that went anywhere near a Batman WW pairing. While Batman has a history of being attracted to strong women, he also tends to be attracted moral ambigious women (Talia, Selina Kyle).
While streamlined, Young Justice tends to lean heavier more into DC Comic continuity. It's not clear to me whether you guys have realized Oracle/Barbara was Batgirl.
Shade and Mist are villains from Starman which never gets the appreciation it deserves outside of comics. Stargirl, which is connected, gets the love.
Have they even questioned why Barbara is in a wheelchair yet?
Brion is one of the best characters ib this season for sure! There will be many rage moments but this fits the chatscter and actually I like his acsent)
Abou covert Batman team - well, we will see, we will see...
lol i was waiting for the black lightning line
As soon as i saw the title of this episode I knew this would be a fun reaction. Also Livewire is supposed to 16 in this episode.
On top of Cheshire and the Mad Hater there are also DC villains named White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, and Alice.
Yea, take all of this Black Lightning!😂
I knew "triptych" because I made one as a ceramics project in high school lol
07:02 The origin of the meme
Shade is a classic Batman villain you should see his comic costume i think it’s dope
#SUNDAYRUNDOWN The difference between a sport and a game is the competition, in a game you don’t care who wins or loses but a sport is about who wins and loses. So therefore Sportsmaster is the master of winning.
It's just a game, why you heff to be mad?
Awesome reaction of my favorite episode of Young Justice!!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
For the for Former SpoilerMaster, Spoiler's father is the villain ClueMaster.
Aww, Niko! ❤
23:30 Sorry Marketa, BBL has already been taken.
8:28
Chris, do we need to check your browser history?
The last kingdom on Netflix is a series I think you guys should react to it’s really good a hidden gem that deserve more praise
So has anyone told them about the first letters of the name thing?
You never had black lightning before 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 that’s what she said🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Once you go Black... Lighting.
Should do Batman Beyond after young justice think that would be a great reaction
Orphan is Cassandra Cain
i miss flash’s old voice, the country twang was dope
Great reaction!
Them not knowing who mad hatter is makes me a) wish they didn’t tap out of Batman gas cause of views b) know they really are normies and somehow missed out on kids cartoons as children by being abducted for the hour blocks kids did their homework at while binge watching tv c) most so called super hero fatigue is off as we really have untapped stories and we really haven’t shown it all to the normie populace. Lastly why did no one call out JJK for reminding them of shadow powers they function pretty similar.😂
Have you guys ever thought about reviewing the DC animated movies? They are actually really very good. Most of their animated stuff is absolute gold. I highly recommend starting with justice league war. Batman vs tmnt was a lot of fun. Green lantern emerald knights Is a great movie full of short stories about different green lanterns in the Corp. Just to name a few.
You guys should react to the Batman animated series from the 90’s that would be dope & would give you a more classic tone as opposed to the funny tone alot of studios use
Should we tell them about the first letter of each episode?
Let’s gooooooooo
Orphan could easily be one of best characters in the show if she had time :/
Shade way predates Amon.
Anyone playing or has played God of War and GoW: Ragnarok knows about triptychs.
Everyone knows black lightning is bigger than white lightning.
What ever happened to micky? Hes been mia for a while
BLACK LIGHTNING.
Man, I love The Shade. Not a huge fan of how he’s handled in this show, since I prefer him just being a very gentleman looking guy, and I love his relationship with Jay Garrick that sadly doesn’t seem to be a thing in this continuity. Plus this Shade is weak as hell.
suraj what parties are you going to
Avatar!!!
Arrowette was in young justice season 1 in episode 23. She was the blonde little girl in the beginning when green arrow and Artemis were fighting black spider. Spoiler was in season 2 episode 10 when Tim aka robin/Red Robin and Barbra aka batgirl/ oracle went to stop meta human smuggling. She was one of the stolen teens.
Need rodo some Arrowverse reactions.
How come the teams need to know they are working together? It's not that big of deal if they don't know.
Because the teams are being lied to about motivations and intel and being used like pawns in a game by their friends/team members
@@PrinceIMC Thank you for the explanation! The only thing confusion I still have is, the lie that bad? It doesn't seems so bad. They would've confronted The Light regardless if they fall under the umbrella and politics of The Justice League or independently. We saw that heroes don't need to be affiliated directly with the Justice League to work together. Like in the MCU in Infinity Wars: There's a lot of team ups with heroes that aren't Avengers. Again thanks for the clarity to what Wonder woman is saying!
@@hungryguru011 it’s the manipulation that is the worst part. Batman, Green Arrow and their protégés leaving the Justice League was kept secret from their friends. Tim basically broke up with Cassie to go off with Batman for the mission knowing full well that it was just a ploy to seem like they’re fractured. Imagine if half of your coworkers you’re friends with quit and cut all ties with you but turned out they were working on another project for your company in secret.
@@PrinceIMC That's a good context! I see now why Wonder Woman would be upset. So Batman and his teams left so they wouldn't be bogged down by Lex Luthor and politics like MCU's Sokovia Accords. Should Batman tried another way to get around it? I think it was cold now that you phrased it better.
when is avatar rxn dropping??
Vandal savage is in cw gotta watch green arrow flash dc legends there’s a way to watch it he’s a savage in it it’s a crossover event I think
He is the villain in dc legends for a time

Chess is NOT a sport. There is no athletic component. A sport must have an athletic component, defined rules of play of the game, and competition. Poker is also not a sport. neither is cheerleading, because there is no game.
