All good stuff, but got to have trends in any KPI dashboards. More pics and less numbers as visuals are worth thousands of words, as they say. 👌
At the 16:04 mark you are using the embedded excel function index / match, you should replace that with the xlookup excel formula. Much easier to learn and much less complicated. Your videos are excellent!

I like Learning from you but your very experienced and maybe I'm not as clever as most people, And I do find it hard to keep up sometimes... Im currently doing business and finance and the crossover between accounting and finance has me a bit 😕 confused. Can anyone give some clarification on the difference between accounting and finance?

DPO=Account Payable/(COGS/365). If I apply it to your example video I can find DPO for the month February 621 days. How you get 48 days?

Thanks. Just one small query, what kind of businesses have such high Average CAC (i.e. CAC per customer) or is it Total CAC. I hope you are not referring to any firm in the Ecommerce industry in this video.
High CAC is typical when you have large companies as your clients

Thank you so much for all your video sir! do you have any advice to someone who studying or majoring in corporate finance but will be interning with accounting department? Kinda intimidating cus my undergraduate study is focusing on: financial statement analysis, portfolio n investment mgt, and just a basic financial accounting. And i just securing an internship placement under Management Reporting department, main task is accounting in nature. Im willing to be their intern as they r my dream company to be working with. Hope can get some insight from you sir!
I think this will be good for you as you will get to learn the basic accounting concepts in a hands-on environment. I would say just be humble and say that you don’t know when you don’t.
