I don't have any of these to shoot video on at the moment. I will try and do a video of the steam wand conversion once I have a machine in stock. In the meantime let me know fi you have any questions. Biggest tip I got was to get the 155oC thermostat for the steam boiler for better steam.
You need to get the machine open to the point you have access all around the boilers. Then you need to unscrew the steam valve and wand and lift it out of the way. You then need to bore out the hole that the wand goes through. This needs to increase enough to allow the new fitting that goes between the stream valve and the Rancilio Silvia v3 ball joint wand. The fitting you need is 3/8bsp male to 1/4bsp female. Then put it all back together. The only other thing is that you need to raise the height of the feet on the machine or you won't have enough clearance under the wand to get jugs in and out. You need something that raises it about 2-3 cm. Good luck. If I do another one I will do a step you step guide on my channel.
looks like that's out of stock. I think this should be the same: www.ebay.at/itm/303399520831?hash=item46a4054a3f:g:BCYAAOSw~w5d8TxR Just ordered that and will see if that fits on my kitchenaid
