The flow through the ECB factory in Clontarf, Queensland tells a story of how a plate of hi-tensile alloy becomes an ECB Bullbar.
The process of turning a plate of hi-tensile alloy into a Bullbar starts with a plate of 6mm cold rolled hi-tensile ally, and alloy tubes with an industry leading tube wall thickness. It involves over 40 people as the process flows through our 14,000 sqm Clontarf Manufacturing Facility.
With over 20 welding bays, three plasma cutters, two CNC routers, a state-of-the art Mandrel pipe bender, countless other machines, and employees with the knowledge and skill to create The World's Best Alloy Bullbar.
