There are many points - you can have her back but think if you need it, not just to help her. You can help her right now even without giving her a job, until she finds one. Don't hire her just to help her, you need to think about yourself also. And if you hire her, as you mentioned, it can be helpful for you also to have two maids, think how well both of them will be with each other, will there be clashes, do you have enough space etc. And if you have Amita back, remember this can happen again. May be it will be helpful to have two of them, with 4 babies, and you can focus more on your work, and once you move to new home, your work will increase too. So both ways it should be ok, but hire her only if it helps you as well. For her help, you can try to recommend her or do some financial help in the meantime without hiring her too. My grandmom does that for her household, she does not work with nani anymore, but we still financially support her until she finds another job. Agar amita aayee unko bhi insecurity ho jayegi as ur bonding with amita is good. Lastly its your decision and yes avinash ke parents ne bhi amita se baat kari thi tab then also she haven't responded. So please don't keep her at ur place but if you want you can help her finding new job

If she gave you good time you guys also gave her good time it was mutual 3. How can you trust that from past 4 months she is not having job it could be also possible that she might have job but not getting enough salary or satisfaction. Sambhavna I will like to bring into your notice on couple of things: 1. Whenever Amita used to go home you had to repeatedly ask her that is she going to come back. That dilema was always there. She has been always a dhokebaaz. 2. She used to tie rakhi to Avinash and when his surgery was due she went and went forever. 3.She did it before too and came back ,and I always believe didi left and went because of her. Don't do this mistake again. You will do it thinking it will be good for her but she will leave you and go whenever she wants that's her a dhokebaaz.

No. She called your friend. (That makes a difference). Secondly, do not re-open a closed chapter. If you feel you might need a second househelp, then find someone else. Why you should not go for Amita? - She broke your trust twice - She left without informing especially during the time when she knew you needed her the most. She didn’t know what to say when Avinash’s father called. - She is a red flag. What that means is - though her work might be top quality, she is not trust worthy. Sambhavna I will like to bring into your notice on couple of things:
1. Whenever Amita used to go home you had to repeatedly ask her that is she going to come back. That dilema was always there. She has been always a dhokebaaz.
2. She used to tie rakhi to Avinash and when his surgery was due she went and went forever.
3.She did it before too and came back ,and I always believe didi left and went because of her.
Don't do this mistake again. You will do it thinking it will be good for her but she will leave you and go whenever she wants that's her a dhokebaaz.

Firstly, you are very kind and generous. We can understand you have a soft corner for Amita given she stayed with you for 5 years and took care of you and your dogs.
But did Amita call you and explicitly said she wants to come back? No. She called your friend. (That makes a difference).
Secondly, do not re-open a closed chapter. If you feel you might need a second househelp, then find someone else.
Why you should not go for Amita?
- She broke your trust twice
- She left without informing especially during the time when she knew you needed her the most. This means even if you truly considered her a family, she didn’t reciprocate the same feeling and respect back to you
- She LIED! She disconnected your calls. She didn’t know what to say when Avinash’s father called.
- She is a red flag. What that means is - though her work might be top quality, she is not trust worthy. We are not saying she’s bad, but she is not the right fit to come back and work for you.
That being said, she can work anywhere else. We hope she gets a job. But Sambhavna, aap ko yeh headache lene ki koi zarurat nahi.
Also you will appear like an emotional fool…trust me.
