Oh god in one day fasting u feel so weak and tired , ..in jain fasting is so divine feeling .no fruit nothing only boiled water till sun set ..that's real fasting I feel...
Muslim myself but i think 1 day fast is always difficult. Body is not used to. Even when we fast on 1st day of Ramadan we feel difficult but till the end our body get used to thats why it gets easy for us..
