Niacinamide should not be used with any acidic formula at all.

That's not right at all, niacinamide hidrolizes in presence of strong acids like sulfuric acid or cloride acid and this reaction takes at least 3 years, but with weak acids like AHA, BHA, or a PHA, or other acids, it doesn't ocurres. BUT the best rangeof effectiveness od this active is a range of pH higher than 3.5 until 8, there are so myths around the usage of niacinamide but the studies says other thing.

Sepi white has a ph of 5-7 , so if you can stabilize your lactic acid to ph of 5 then yes if not no
