I take refuge in the Dharma I take refuge in the Sangha
Four Immeasurables 四无量心
SEM CHEN THAM CHE DE WA DANG DE WAI GYU DANG DEN PAR GYUR CHIK
May all sentient beings be well and happy and have the cause of happiness
DUK NGAL DANK DUK NGAL GYI GYU DANG DRAL WAR GYUR CHIK
May they be separated from suffering and the cause of suffering
DUK NGAL ME PAI DE WA DAM PA DANG MI DRAL WAR GYUR CHIK
Be inseparated from the perfect bliss which is completely free from suffering

SOunds like native American flutes which I like. SInce I play them. I have combined teachings myself, mind and spirit. THe flutes however I use in a speaking meditation of two cultures.

That background music is so loud that it completely destroys the mantras! I can just barely make them out and I know all of them! What a shame! Very annoying! I wanted to listen to them and repeat while I do the ironing for hours, but its useless! I can't hear them!
I Think the text should be SUTU KHAYO MEI BHAWA / SUPO KHAYO MEI BHAWA / ANURAKTO MEI BHAWA not the order given...

The dharma is for the well being of all sentient beings and there are hundreds of millions of practicing Buddhists in China. There is nothing wrong with having it in Chinese.

I see than I 've misunderstood this i thought that it 'll have a bad impact to people if they read it and i thougth that's why monk chant it a little bit unclearly to not know the correct spell. so it's about respect thanks for the answer :)
