Its an aspiration prayer to be born in the Pure Land of Amitabha Buddha. At that place everyone will attain perfect enlightenment under Amitabha Buddha guidance. The environment are perfectly created just for Enlightenment. You can play it as a song for sleeping, during or even after sleep as it'll leave a deep impression in your sub-conscious mind which one day will lead you there.
if you want it now then you have to become a buddha to teach all those sufferinh beeings. you have my best wishes. Use the noble human body to achive enlightment. om mani peme hung. may all beeings be free of suffering.
