Reiner, I found out that type4 multi verse is only high hyper, here's what I saw: Vs battle wiki page reference type 4 size to be comparable as aleph naught which is lower than what of aleph 1 and minimum requirement for lower outer is related to aleph 1 mostly and transcends aleph naught just like how high hyper gets transcends by low outer. 🤔

So infinite reaction speed has a argument against it.
