I think anyone with a heart would react the same, and it might be acting, but you can't see a child being harassed by an older guy and don't react the same

I like that the woman, despite being distracted by her phone call, still had enough self awareness to realize what was going on and immediately hung up the phone to give her full attention to the situation.

There's an inherent maternal or paternal instinct that kicks in when it comes to protecting kids, regardless if you're a parent yourself. The senses are heightened and it kicks into overdrive when you sense danger. The minute the stranger "touched" the kid's shoulder or arm, you can see how everyone become alarmed. I love watching these as it restores my faith in humanity. 🙏❤️

3:43 I love how at the end you see the guy who defended her kneel down to talk to her and explain the gravity of the situation to her. It's important to reassure kids who have been approached by someone creepy and talk to them so they understand what's going on and so you can see if they need more help. Although he knows how to look intimidating when he needs to in order to protect someone, this guy clearly also has a very good heart and is very caring towards others. I wish nothing but good things for him in life.

Boy, how protective all those men and women were. Of course, the old guy and girl were role playing to see whether others would come to her rescue. This tells us a lot about what will trigger normal people to protect a child from a predator.

I watched this and what I cannot understand is how the old man was not beaten up. Once it became known that the girl did not know the man, it is obvious that he is clearly attempting to abduct her.
While I have never had this situation happen to me, I am positive that I would never just allow someone to walk away after making a clear attempt to abduct a child. At the absolute least, I would hold them there for the police to question him and conduct an investigation. With someone that brazen, it wouldn’t be much of a stretch to think he’s done it before and the cops could be looking for him.

My faith is being restored by these wonderful people standing up for children. It isnt restored completely because it is just a few adults and I know there are so many adults who use children for their own purposes. But I loved seeing this. Thank you to the adults who stand up for children.

I don’t know if these are real or fake. I think most people would IMMEDIATELY call the police if they saw this happen. But nobody in these videos ever does that.
The videos are probably cherry-picked. All the times where people acted sensibly and just dialed 911 are not shown. The times where people did not think to do that or not able to, are candidates to be shown, and then further cherry picked for sensationalism.

I love the good examples that these videos convey to us, because it is good that people learn at least by example how we should act in a situation like this, and that we understand how easily a child's life can be destroyed in a minute. simply because we are immersed in our own affairs and not helping others.
Let's remember that not all children are as clever as those in the video and sometimes it is even more difficult to realize that a child near us is in danger, therefore, we must be attentive to helping others if possible and if it really is they require of our help.

I can not express how much faith in humanity this restores. To these men and women - you are good people
Ive seen this happen and have intervened. On behalf of a lot of these people who stepped in, you always want to stay calm esp in front of a child. You never know how someone will react to you and it’s best to try to handle it as calmly as possible. I see there are some of you in the comments section who have never been in this situation or are doubtful. But….most of the time, people who do stand up for someone aren’t trying to make things worse. They naturally are trying to maintain peace so it doesn’t escalate into something worse. The reactions that are shared here were the ones who kept their cool as best they could. ❤ That being said, any person that messes with children deserves to get their 🤬 beat if it came down to it.
