I love these machines, the mechanical actions of them and the skill in using them. If I won the lottery I'd buy one and a field and dig holes all day, and be as happy as a pig in shit. You could keep your holidays and yachts!!!!

I love watching the cab views but I’m a little disappointed that it wasn’t even the real audio on this one that is one of my favorite things about the cab view is listening to the sounds that the machine makes and on this one the sound was fake, rather than that good video keep up the great work.
I’m a couple of years into the Industry worked a couple of housing site and small Civils but can’t think why this much earth would need to be moved other than mining is there someone here that could elaborate on this job that would be wonderful

The left stick is the swing (side to side) and the stick(reach) push out and it goes out pull in and it comes in. The right stick is the bucket (left is curl, right is uncurl) also boom (pull into you is up, push away from you is down)

I want to do video of the DIFFERENT control patterns from that era You know the AIR CONTROL machines, the one where the operator had to use his FOOT to move DIPPER & TOOL. Very fascinating to me the controls of those EARLY hydraulic exavator Thank you again for your Text.

I load a crusher with a Ec480E with 3800h on it at my job, im 20 yrs old and work for my dads company here in northen Sweden :) It's very fun to operate excavators and wheelloaders every day, Volvo is the best!

@@reverandhale863 I now a guy who ONLY rent CAT Why because he can get a repair tech out any hours, he has a tree farm for X- mas, tree's he cleared stumps, wanted to keep the top layer of soil there to keep the top soil intact, used excavators instead of dozer, and he worked long days on week ends. He could get tech. Out on weekends. VOLVO has the whole TV show ( gold rush) taken over. What did you think of B.E. When thay built the 325 & 350 H model of Excavator, I worked behind a 350-H, we where putting in main line sewers late 70s The same company I worked for then now has KOMAT'SU, Equipment on jobs now prepare Ground, sewer & water installation for ( Amazon ) expansion. The building Demo Around where I live, use VOLVO exavator's on Demo jobs, lots of tear down's of schools in school district by my home. The BOND issue PASSED so thay are REBUILDING all the schools, and VOLVO is the Equipment thay use All the big jobs ( freeway, lane expansion land development) are CAT, KOMAT'SU, JOHN DEERE if you look at a LARGE JD dozer It's the exact same as LIEBHERR The German company make some Heavy duty looking, excavators, in my Opinion.

This lad is hard to watch brutal output and terrible system of loading...get the dumpers to reverse in line with the track left to right each load half the slewing also not a single full bucket is taken in the video 🤦♂️
